Club Scientific Franchise Information

Club Scientific is a franchise for science workshops for kids. It was founded in 1987 and started franchising in 2007.

It was founded by Bob and Sue Hagan in Louisville, Kentucky. The 2 have more than 30 years experience in teaching. They realized the need for kids to have more exposure on science. They made a curriculum that was designed to be enriching, fun, exciting, hands-on and minds-on. What’s even more important is that their curriculum meets the State and National Science Standards. Their first camp was named Special Effects in the summer of 1997.

It was a success and that’s when they started preparing more science themed workshops. They expanded the business with 20 science themed camps that are designed to be after school programs. Their current president is Bob Hagan who has received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Louisville. Their current vice president is Sue Hagan who has a Bachelor of Science degree, Middle School Education certifications for Language Arts and Social Studies from the University of Louisville.
