What is on the menu at a GourMade location?
The menu may differ depending on the location. These menus also changes every month. The following is the menu for the month of August 2011 in a Pleasanton location. For Fresh and Natural Poultry, they have Chicken Piccata which is a light, gluten free and casein free option. It is based on an Italian classic lightened up with boneless and skinless chicken breasts with capers, lemon juice, and wine. This is served over pasta which is also provided. They also have GourMade Turkey Burgers, Grilled Cuban Sandwiches, Arroz Con Pollo, Feta Basil Chicken, Chicken Chilaquiles Casserole, and Pecan Encrusted Chicken. Under Seafood, they have Feta Basil Prawns which has a generous size and simmered in light tomato and basil broth. This is a Mediterranean inspired dish. Dish is simple as just sautéing everything and topping it with Feta cheese. It comes with either pasta or rice.
They also have Tilapia Piccata and Blackberry Glazed Chipotle Salmon. For Beef and Pork, they have the Sonoma Tri-Tip Steak which is a family favourite. This is a generous portion of the Certified Angus Tri-Tip that is tenderized by in a marinade of soy sauce, red wine, and other seasonings. You can either grill or broil this dish. Hey also have Tuscan Beef, Mango Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Honey Balsamic Pork Chops with Grilled Peaches, GourMade Beef Burger Bundle, and Shanghai Meatloaf with Chinese Barbecue Glaze. For Demi GourMade, they have Blackberry Glazed Chipotle Salmon, Grilled Cuban Sandwiches, Shanghai Meatloaf with Chinese Barbecue Glaze, Honey Balsamic Pork Chops with Grilled Peaches, and Feta Basil Chicken or Prawns. They have sweet and savory pastries from Niles Pie Company like Spinach Ricotta Calzones and Chocolate Marshmallow Pie. For Dessert, they have GourMade Ready-to-Bake Cookies and GourMade Ready to Bake Cookies. Their special for this month is the Sunday Morning Bakery Vanilla Crunch Granola which is a vanilla bean infused granola. It has blanched cashews and almonds. This is ready to serve and no need to bake.
