Their locations have exclusive water parks, computer labs, developmentally appropriate playgrounds, and a building designed to help encourage children to learn. They also have an open door policy for parents and 24 hour security.

What programs do they offer at Sunbrook Academy?
For the Infant Program, they provide early stimulation through songs, music, toys that click, spin and squeak, and conversations. They also include outside play such as strolling in their baby buggy. The program targets on developing an infant’s fine motor, gross motor, tactile, audio-visual, and sensory.
The Junior Toddler Program is for toddlers aged 12 months to 24 months old. This is when they start perfecting their skills in walking, sliding, climbing, and riding. It helps build their gross motor skills.
The Senior Toddler Program is for toddlers aged 24 months to 36 months old. They incorporate the curriculum FOUNDATIONS in this program which has a thematic and interactive approach.
The Pre-K Three Program includes pre-math, pre-reading, and listening comprehension. They also focus on developing the child’s social skills and self confidence. They also use mediums in teaching such as music, language, games, art, storytelling, cognitive activities, and fine and gross motor activities.
The Pre-K Four Program, they have activities such as foreign language instruction and elective enrichment opportunities like gymnastics, tap dance, and ballet. The Kindergarten Program is not available at all locations. In this program, they incorporate their curriculum known as AIMS which stands for Activities Integrating Mathematics and Science. They also have programs for school-aged children.
Cost and requirements on running a Sunbrook Academy franchise
You need to have a net worth of $300,000 and a total liquid asset of at least $200,000 to $450,000. Expect to be investing about $315,000 to $2,700,000. The cost of Sunbrook Academy franchise fee is $55,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 6%. This is for a renewable 15 year term agreement. You will need about 30 employees to run one location. They do not allow absentee ownership.
What is included in the franchise package?
There will be 21 days training at the headquarters and 30 days at your location. You will be receiving newsletters and assistance at the grand opening. You will be given access to the internet and to purchasing cooperatives. Expect to be attending meetings and receiving occasional field evaluations. For marketing support, there will be ad slicks.
