This is for a renewable 10 year term agreement. This franchise can be run from home. They do not allow absentee ownership. You will have exclusivity in your territory.

There will be one week training at the headquarters, one week at your location, and a virtual training for two to three days. The trainings are conducted in classroom and in field. You will be entitled to the use of PHWS service mark, ongoing business development, use of their distinctive system, and counselling. You will be receiving newsletters and a toll free phone number. You will be given access to the internet and to purchasing cooperatives. Expect to be attending meetings and receiving occasional field evaluations. For marketing support, there will be ad slicks, co-op advertising, regional advertising, and national media.
