You need to have a net worth of at least $250,000 and a total liquid asset of at least $125,000. Expect to be investing about $299,000 to $1,044,000. Franchise fee is $30,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 4.5%. This is for a renewable 20 year term agreement.
What’s included in the Petland franchise package?
There will be 6 weeks of training with management training on Petland operating system, recruiting and training skills, planning, organizing, buying, merchandising, financial statement analysis, and they will focus on how you will succeed as a franchisee. There will also be hands-on training, inventory control management, sales manager training and Pet Counselor 101. You will also be given support in selecting the perfect site for your business. They have a team of designers who are experts in Petland stores. There would be Supply Chain Support that will help you in the merchandising and distribution network.
