It was founded in 1996 and started franchising in 1997. Gyu-Kaku is “bull’s horn” in Japanese. Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant specializes in barbecued beef which is more commonly known as a yakiniku in Japan. They have a unique way on serving food to their customers. They are the ones grilling their own food. Their tables have their own charcoal brazier built in it and they include a pair of tongs to be used for cooking.
