Eggs Up Grill Franchise

Eggs Up Grill is a franchise for a restaurant serving mostly breakfast and lunch and specializing in eggs. It was founded in 1997 by Chris and Pat Skodras.

The first location was opened up in Cumberland, Rhode Island. The second location was opened up in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Since they serve mainly breakfast, they open as early as six in the morning and closes at two in the afternoon.  The concept is built around the egg and they want to appeal more on “morning people”. They currently have three locations in the United States and one location that is company owned.

What is on the menu at Eggs Up Grill?

Since their specialty is breakfast, I’ll start with the breakfast favourites. For the classic, it has two farm fresh eggs, toast and you get to choose between bacon or sausage then it is served with farmland fries or grits plus you can add either a city or country ham. They have corned beef hash and eggs that are homemade. The skinny chicken has two poached eggs, grapefruit slices, and a toasted English muffin. Another is the little waffle in the hen house which is half waffle, two farm fresh eggs, and your choice between sausage or two bacons. If you prefer pancakes over waffle, you can have the three little deuces which include two pancakes, two eggs and bacon or sausage. They also have the Mason Dixon, eggs Benedict, and new on the menu is the “apples ‘n egg-whites oh my!”. From the griddle, they have cinnamon raisin French toast, French toast topped with fruit, Belgian waffle, and country road French toast. Their signature omelets include philly cheese steak, humpty dumpty, southern style, the greek, west coast, goodness gracious, continental, and patty o’ sullivan. You can also build your own omelet. For sandwiches, they have egg-wich, biscuit-wich, western bagel, and the egg comb. If you failed to wake up early, you can still enjoy their lunch menu which has the philly the sandwich of brotherly love, juicy 1/3 pound Angus burger, patty melt, the club, tuna melt, reuben, classic BLT, mesquite chicken, and grilled ham and cheese. They also have bacon-egg salad, chicken salad sandwich, get the scoop, fruit and yogart parfait, and soup and a half sandwich. They also have side orders that you can add to your meal like potato salad, cereal, hot oatmeal, buttered toast, biscuits and gravy, English muffin, blueberry muffin, and bagel.
