The report is presented in a sturdy three ring binder that is yours to keep. They present it with easy access tabs to make it easy for you to locate documents that you will need. It also includes a 95 page home reference guide which gives you tips on home maintenance. It has an area that you can use as a journal for such things as when the furnace filter was changed or when the driveway was sealcoated. You will need to have a net worth of $50,000 and a total liquid asset of at least $20,000. Expect to be investing about $12,000 to $45,200. The BrickKicker Home Inspection franchise fee is $7,500 to $25,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 6%. This is for a renewable seven year term agreement. This franchise can be run from home. You will need about one or two employees to run one location. They do not allow absentee ownership.
What is included in the franchise package?
There will be five to 10 days training at the headquarters, two to four days at your location, and on-going training. Their training includes business and administrative, marketing and sales, technical and inspection. The home inspectors will be trained at the Inspection Technology Institute. It is a training branch of The BrickKicker and is nationally recognized and acknowledged by the American Society of Home inspectors and the National Association of Home Inspectors. There would also be annual conferences, seminars, and training sessions that addresses issues that directly affects the business. For marketing, you will receive assistance at the grand opening. You will be visited by a senior marketing representative to review your market, help you with the start-up process and initiate your Market Entry Program.
