How Do You Become a 10 til 2 Franchisee?
There are no net worth or liquid asset requirement but there are a couple of things that will be useful: general business experience and sales experience. This franchise can be run from your own home and you can manage it by yourself. They don’t allow absentee ownership. You can expect to invest about $50,000 to $157,000. Franchise fee is $35,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 5%. This is for a renewable 10 year term agreement.

There will be 5 days training in Colorado. You will be trained on the services that your business will provide, opening and starting up, operating, managing the business, technology and software, marketing, accounting and financial systems, growing your own business, and your relationship with the franchise organization.
