Foster’s Grille Franchise

Foster’s Grille is a franchise for a burger restaurant. It was founded in 1999 by Shawn Foster and Lewie Bloom.

They wanted to create an ambiance of a neighbourhood cookout all over America. They started franchising in 2005. Shaw is chef and his goal was create a menu where everyone would find something perfect for themselves and will be delicious. Lewie was the one who made sure that even if their burgers are “Too Big for Two Hands”, the cost still won’t be too high. They are proud of their ½ pound “Charburger”, hand-cut fries, extra thick milkshakes, freshly squeezed lemonades, and cakes that are homemade. They describe their restaurant having a smoky aroma, sizzling big burgers, and the taste of freshly grilled flavours. Their locations also have video games for the kids. Foster’s Grille has also been recognized by RestaurantChains.net in 2008 as Top Ten fastest growing concepts and by QSR Magazine’s “Ones to Watch”.  They now have 17 locations all over the United Stated and seven locations that are company owned.

What is on the menu at Foster’s Grille?

They have the old fashioned ½ pound charburger and authentic wings and fresh boneless wings that can be plain, mildly hot, hot, BBQ, Southwest Asian and a choice of dip between ranch and blue cheese.  The chicken sandwich can either be grilled, fried, or buffalo style. The Philly Cheesesteak can be with beef or chicken, and you can add grilled onions, and provolone cheese at no additional charge. They also have oven roasted turkey sandwich, Foster’s famous grilled hot dog, turkey burger, and backyard garden burger that can either be grilled or fried. The kid’s menu has ¼ pound charburger, hot dog, fresh chicken fingers, and grilled cheese. Topping choices include the usual mayo, ketchup, lettuce, mustard, relish, onion, jalapeno, or pickles. Other toppings are American cheese, provolone, cheddar, swiss, pepper jack, Gehl’s cheese, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, and chilli. You can also add chilli and cheese to your fries. You can also substitute the fries with side salad, fruit cup or onion rings. The garden salad can be with chicken, fried, grilled, and buffalo. Dressing choices are honey must, balsamic, blue cheese, ranch, Asian, and Italian. Other items on the menu include the basket of onion rings, basket of fries, freshly squeezed lemonade, fountain drink or milk, extra thick milkshake in chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry and dessert choices of cookie, cake, or ice cream.
