Fox’s Pizza Den Franchise
Fox’s Den franchise is for a pizza restaurant. It was founded in 1971 by Jim Fox. He started early in the pizza business.
When he was 12, he worked in a pizza restaurant filling pop machines and folding pizza boxes. As he went on doing his job, he watched the pizzas being made. It was a lifelong dream to have his own pizza place in his hometown. He opened the first Fox’s Pizza Den in 1971 in Pitcairn. Together with fulfilling his dream, he gives back to the community by playing an active role in several charity organizations such as the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Pennsylvania and the Whale’s Tale, Junior Achievement, and Toys for Tots. Until now, Jim runs the pizza chain as a family business. His son, Jim Fox Jr., was raised being taught by his father about the business. He now owns five of the stores and his store in Plum Boro also doubles as a showcase store in which the corporate training center has been located.
