They were busy moms and they believed that they needed to provide their kids a healthy lunch to help their growing minds and body but they know that it is also hard to make such in a short span of time. What type of food do they have at Wholesome Tummies?
Their foods are consisted of vegetables, fresh fruits, and whole grains. Sometimes, they say that they “sneak in” these ingredients to make sure that the food they serve are nourishing. They only use all-natural and organic ingredients. They aim to minimize the pesticides and chemicals that goes into the children’s foods.
They ensure that their food has no high fructose corn syrup, trans-fat, artificial colors, nitrates, nor artificial flavours. They also have corporate nutritionists that check the foods that meet the children’s daily caloric needs. For those that have allergies and are picky eaters, they offer a menu that is gluten free, kosher, vegetarian, and they do not include nuts as their ingredients.

They have Beef LoMein Noodle Bowl, Gluten free Cheese Pizza, Yogurt Bento Box, Chicken Fajitas with Latin Black Beans and Brown Rice, Monster Mash, New York Style Pizza, French Toast Strata, Chicken Fried Rice Bowl, Herb Baked Chicken with Ratatouille and Orzo, Baked Penne Bolognese, Open Sesame Noodle Bowl, Black Bean Burger, Burrito Bowl, Four Cheese Mac and Cheese, Garlic Chicken Pasta, Meatball Sub, Organic Bean and Ground Turkey Enchiladas, Roasted Chicken and Potatoes, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Waffles with Strawberry Syrup, Oven Fried Chicken, Homerun Turkey Burger, Roasted Veggies with Pearl Couscous, Loaded Baked Potato Skins, Philly Cheesesteak, Pinto Bean and Cheese Burrito, Chicken Nachos, and Vegetarian Chili Mac Attack. You can either have it delivered, on-site, or you can avail of catering services.

You need to have a total liquid asset of at least $50,000. Expect to be investing about $72,000 to $125,000. The cost of Wholesome Tummies franchise fee is $25,000 to $40,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 6%. It is for a renewable 10 year term agreement. This franchise can be run from home. You will need about two to four employees to run one location. They do not allow absentee ownership.
What is included in the franchise package?
There will be two weeks training at the headquarters and one week at your location. You will be receiving newsletters and assistance at the grand opening. You will be given access to the internet and to purchasing cooperatives. Expect to be attending meetings and receiving occasional field evaluations. For marketing support, there will be ad slicks and co-op advertising.
