Fifth is getting enough sleep. They say that sleep helps keep the student well rested. When they are well rested, their mood is more stable and gives them better concentration.
Sixth is aromatherapy. They say that lavender and rosemary helps increase the student’s concentration. They suggest that you can light a lavender candle while the child is studying.
Seventh is studying with a friend. They believe that the student understand the material better when they have someone to share it with.
