The Cereal Bowl Franchise Information

The Cereal Bowl is a franchise that serves not only cereals but also coffee, smoothies, frozen yogurt and a lot more. It all started in 2006 with Kenneth Rader. He had an observation that college students eat cereals in all sort of ways and everywhere they may be while they study.

He talked about it with his friend, Michael Glassman and his twin brother, Joshua Rader. The concept was born. A 20 page business plan was all it was then the opening day came. Their first location was in front of University of Miami.

When you enter their store, what’s in store for you at the The Cereal Bowl?

They have approximately 802,791 possible combinations to create a cereal bowl. One Cold Bowl is the “Give Me S’More”. It’s a combination of Cocoa Puffs, Marshmallow, Golden Grahams, Chocolate Chips and Graham Bites. For the health conscious, there’s the “Let It Fly”. It has Life, Wheaties, Dried Mixed Berries, and Granola. Feeling too cold? They have Hot Bowls too like the “Bounce, Banana, Bounce” with Graham Bites, Banana, Brown Sugar, Oatmeal,, and Banana Syrup. Beyond the bowl, they serve Parfaits, Oaties, and Freeze N’ Flakes. Oaties are oatmeal smooties and Freeze N’ Flakes are cereal flavoured frozen yogurt.

You can also mix up your own cereals from Wheaties, Fruity Pebbles to Reeses Puffs. You can even choose from skim milk to soy milk. Toppings could be fruits, nuts, sweets, or granola. It doesn’t end there. The beverages are just as many as the cereals. Choose from Tazo Tea, Coffee, Semi-Serious Coffee like Raspberry White Mocha, or you may opt to have one of the cereal bowl blends.

If you are someone who’s always in a hurry, you may think that this is not a venue for you since it has milk and may be hard to carry around. The Cereal Bowl has Bowl’s On The Go. They have a bowl that you can take with you while you study or while you’re in a meeting.

Breakfast is the most important meal in a day. Everyone needs energy but not everyone has the time for it. The Cereal Bowl makes it easy.
