Parts of the interior and exterior services are three categories which are Pro, Performance, and Mr. Clean Signature Shine. For Pro, they have hand-finished wheels and 1,000 point soft cloth wash. For Performance, they have single shine polish, under body wash, and tire shine. For Mr. Clean Signature Shine, they have triple shine polish, under body rust inhibitor, Mr. Clean Wheel Guard, Mr. Clean Surface Protectant, and air freshener. For exterior only, they have Bronze which is 1,000 point soft cloth wash. For Silver, it has single shine polish, under body wash, and tire shine plus the bronze package. For Gold, it has triple shine polish, under body rust inhibitor, Mr. Clean Surface Protectant, and Mr. Clean Wheel Guard.

You need to have a net worth of $700,000 to $1,000,000 and a total liquid asset of at least $2,500,000. Expect to be investing about $2,320,000 to $3,180,000. The cost of Mr. Clean Carwash franchise fee is $35,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 6%. This is for a renewable 10 year term agreement.
What is included in the franchise package?
There will be more than five days training on operating a franchise and will be conducted with hand on experience onsite. There will also be training for management staff. There will also be on-going trainings and regional meetings. You will be provided assistance at the grand opening. You will be given access to a purchasing cooperative.
