Their wings are available as Jumbo Wings or Boneless Wings. The over 30 flavours they have for the wings are under five categories: Category one is Calm Before the Storm and includes Mild Hurricane Sauce, Raspberry Sauce, Sea Salt & Vinegar, and Honey Mustard Sauce; Category two is Warning Trend and includes Medium Hurricane Sauce, Thai Ginger & garlic Glaze, and Maple Pepper Glaze; Category three is Ready for The Rush and includes Ancho Chile Lime Sauce, Chipotle Raspberry Sauce, Gold Rush Sauce, and Firecracker Sauce; Category four is Proceed with Caution and includes Jamaican Jerk, Dynamite Sauce, and Extra hot Hurricane Sauce; Category five is Seek Shelter and it includes Ridiculosly Hot Hurricane Sauce. Their Entrees includes Churrasco Steaks like Santa Fe Churrasco, From the Ocean like Grilled Mahi Mahi, Hurricane Burgers like Southwestern Ranch Burger, and Hurricane Phillies. They also have the Fiesta Flavors such as Mahi Fish Tacos, Shrimp BLT Quesadillas, Monterey Quesadillas, and Firecracker Shrimp Tacos. For Starters, they have Hurricane’s World-Famous Garlic & Parmesan Fries, Fried Pickles with Cyclone Sauce, and Firecracker Shrimp. They also have Salads in Grilled Mahi-Mahi Baja Taco Salad and Honey Pecan Chopped Chicken Salad.

The cost of Hurricane Grill & Wings franchise fee is $30,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 5%. This is for a renewable 20 year term agreement. You will need about 15 employees to run one location. They allow multi-unit ownership. The do not allow absentee ownership.
What is included in the franchise package?
There will be four weeks training at the headquarters and 10 days at your location. You will be receiving newsletters and assistance at the grand opening. You will be given access to the internet. Expect to be attending meetings and receiving occasional field evaluations. For marketing support, there will be ad slicks, co-op advertising, regional advertising, and national media.
