Evos is a franchise for a healthy fast food chain. It was founded in 1999 and started franchising in 2006. Dino, Michael, and Alkis was driving in their 1988 Oldsmobile and they were looking for something to eat that is all American like burgers, fries, and shakes but without having to feel guilty after eating. After driving 400 miles, the concept of EVOS was born. They wanted to create meals without having to add fat but still taste great. Hey airbake their food instead of deep frying it. They use naturally raised beef and the best poultry. For the milkshakes, they use organic milk and sugar. Their fruit shakes are also made with real fruit. They also offer the 100% guarantee that the customers like their food or they will cook something else.
What is on the menu at Evos?
For the burgers, they have the Evos original steakburger which you can make a cheeseburger or a doublestack. The Evos Original Champion is also available with a vegan meatless burger. Another is the Spicy Trout Fillet which is airbaked Idaho Trout. The Honey Mesquite Chicken is also available with airbaked breaded chicken strips. Other burgers are the Veggie Garden Grill and the Chipotle Turkey Burger.
For the Wraps, they have the Chopped Steak Taco which you can also avail with chopped soy and cholesterol free. The Avocado and Turkey is available with chopped veggie garden burger patty. Other Wraps are Tomato Basil Chicken, Spicy Thai Chicken, Crispy Buffalo Chicken, and Crispy Thai Trout. The burgers and wraps can be purchased ala carte, with airfries and drink or with subdrink with shake. The airfries can also be substituted with a salad or a fruit bowl. Their Salads are all hand tossed with dressing and are available in Mediterranean Summer, Santa Ana Chicken Caesar, Bordeaux Bistro, and Spicy Thai and Crispy Chicken.
They also have low fat organic milkshakes like organic cappuccino, organic vanilla, and organic chocolate. For low fat real fruit shakes, they have mango guava, strawberry banana, and banana berry. The shakes are offered with a free multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. They also have a menu that is kid friendly and includes Grilled Beef Hotdog, Original Steakburger, Original Champion, Airbaked Chicken Strips, and the kid’s shake. For Snacks, they have Grilled Beef Hotdog, Airbaked Chicken Strips, and Veggie Chilli with Beans.
Costs and requirements on running an EVOS franchise
You need to have a net worth of $500,000 and a total liquid asset of $200,000. Expect to be investing about $350,000 to $440,000. The Evos franchise fee is $35,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 5.5%. This is for a renewable 10 year term agreement. You will need about 15 to 20 employees to run one location.
What is included in the franchise package?
There will be four to six weeks training at the headquarters. You will be receiving a toll free phone number, assistance at the grand opening, and access to the internet and purchasing cooperatives. You may also expect occasional field evaluations from Evos in order to check on your progress. For marketing support, there will be ad slicks, regional advertising, and national media.
