You need to have a net worth of $400,000 and a total liquid asset of at least $50,000. Expect to be investing about $60,000 to $154,000. The College Nannies franchise fee is $35,000 with an on-going royalty fee of 5%. This is for a renewable 10 year term agreement. This franchise can be run from home. You will need about 2 employees to operate one location. They do not allow absentee ownership. For tutoring, they have study skills, college test preparation, homework help, maths, science, reading and writing in their curriculum.

There will be 1 week training at the headquarters and 1 week at your location. The College Nannies training will focus on CNeT Technology Training, Business Planning, Staff Screening, Training & Retention, Staff Recruitment & Selection, Finance & Accounting Essentials, Advertising & Marketing, and Business Operations & Management. It also includes the CNeT system which will help you in lead generation, and it also has the Nanny/Tutor Manager, Business Manager, Family Manager, and the Resource Center. The Resource Center is where you can receive training, review payroll hours, review child development links, activity plans, and access health and safety information. This software is specifically designed for this business and is exclusive to this company. For marketing and advertising, you will have newspaper and magazine ads readily designed to be printed out, public relations support who will help you get started in the local media and your own letterhead and business cards that you can access in the print center.
