You need to have at total of about $65,000 to $150,000. Expect to be investing about $116,000 to $220,000. The Chyten Educational Services franchise fee is $37,500 with an on-going royalty fee of 10%. This is for a renewable 20 year term agreement. General business experience is required. It may also help if you have an educational background. You will need only 1 employee to run one location. They also allow absentee ownership.
What’s included in the franchise package?
There will be ten days training at the headquarters and 3 days at your location. You will have the benefits from their existing press coverage. Part of their training is on teaching you on how to make partnerships with schools. They also provide a system which makes sure that you won’t have problems with billing and collections. You will also have access to their 3-tier software system which includes ParentNet, Student Manager, and TurorNet. You will also be attending meetings, given access to the internet, provided your own toll free phone number, and assistance at the grand opening. You will also be given exclusivity in territory. You will be provided all the needed software and security and safety procedures. You may also expect occasional field evaluations to check on your progress. You will have full access to the curriculum designed by the founder. For marketing, there will be co-op advertising, ad slicks, and regional advertising.
