For salads, they have Chicken Caesar, Texas Cobb, Santa Barbara, Kowloon, Chicago Chop, and these were awarded by the Observer Magazine as the “Best Big Salad in Dallas”.

Besides the sandwiches, they also offer gourmet pizzas like Veggie Pesto, Italian Sausage, BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni, and Glorious Cheese. What’s included in the package? There will be 8 weeks of training at the headquarters, and 1 week at your location during the opening. As a Baker Bros American Deli Franchise holder you e will also be given an on-going training at your location. A quarterly evaluation will be done on your location. You will be provided a “Site Submittal Package” to fill out and submit to them for evaluation of the site.

Part of their on-going support is marketing and advertising, inventory and finance consultations and even labor control or management staffing.
